Our Leadership Team

Brian Logan is the founder and CEO of the organization. The founder is
a very creative, forward-thinking, robust, and hands-on team leader,
highly efficient and results-oriented, with exceptional organizational
skills. Brian Logan, a distinguished individual who is partnered with Keila
Calderon who serves as Executive Director. Her exceptional
organizational skills and commitment for excellence fosters an
environment of efficiency and industry standard best practices.

Both Brian and Keila share a profound commitment to serving their fellow veterans as Keila is also currently a dedicated member of the US Air Force Reserves.
Brian brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing veterans, having served in the U.S Air Force from 1986 to 1992. His journey continued through various sectors, including: Mortgage Lending Industry from 1997 to 2006. He served as a VA Service Provider with American Credit Institute LLC as president from 2002 to 2006, Health Information Technology Industry from 2006 to 2018.
He has been permanently disabled since 2018 and despite facing personal challenges, Brian’s dedication to serving veterans remains unwavering, serving as an inspiration to all those he works with. Under their guidance, Veterans Housing Group will emerge as a beacon of hope for homeless and disabled veterans, providing them with the stability and support they need to rebuild their lives.
Brian Logan
Founder
served in the U.S Air Force from 1986 to 1992. His journey continued through various sectors, including: Mortgage Lending and served as a VA Service Provider with American Credit Institute LLC as president, and the Health Information Technology Industry with Cerner. He is currently serving as Secretary for the Blinded Veterans Association and Volunteer at the Cleveland Blind Rehab Center.
Keila Calderon
Executive Director

As a 12 yr veteran she is currently serving as a Commander Support Staff at the 910th
Maintenance Group (MXG) in the United States Air Force, alongside her role as a Management
Program Assistant under Technical Operations at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
This intersection of military service and civilian responsibility, fashioned her into a leader who
values excellence, integrity, and service to both country and community.

Lore Young
Board Member
Lore has worked in the healthcare services industry, serving the Greater Cleveland area. She currently supports the office of Business Operations and Finance at the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging. Lore has worked for the HELP Foundation as their Human Resource Generalist. HELP provides adult day support, employment, residential services, transportation, and vocational programs for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. In addition to this shes also served the community under the McGregor PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care) for the elderly.

Board Member
US Navy Veteran retired professional Photographer; Great grandfather of 10, presently serving as the host of the National Blinded Veteran Organization. Hometown:Evansville, Indiana.
Victor Ashford
Board Member
Meet USAF Veteran Vic Ashford(Deacon)and business professional with a passion for service and helping others. His background is in the criminal justice field with 12 years experience.. Victor is also a member of the Diaconate Board at his place of worship.
